Developer notes, review mode

Ahsan Care Provider homepage mockup, v7. Generated 28 July 2026. Built to master prompt v4.2. This is the review build. To produce the clean build, set REVIEW_MODE = false in the script, which hides these notes and the image placeholder labels while keeping every media container and its replacement data.

What changed in v5

Colour. The palette is sampled directly from the approved logo: brand blue #0088C0, brand teal #00A890 and grey #888888, with a derived deep blue #0A3A52 for dark bands. The hero gradient runs blue to teal to mirror the logo. All colours are CSS variables in :root, so exact values can be swapped in one place.

Fonts. No external web fonts. The page uses a self contained system font stack so it renders offline, in line with the no Google Fonts rule. Headings use a heavier weight of the same stack. Swap to your approved brand font in the --font-body and --font-display variables if one is licensed.

Logo. The transparent Ahsan Care logo is embedded and stands alone, with no separate text name beside it, per the logo image rule. It sits cleanly on the light header. On the dark footer it is placed on a small white panel because the blue and grey parts of the mark would lose contrast on a dark surface. For production, reference /assets/images/ahsan-care-logo.png (the transparent PNG supplied here) in both places and keep the alt text "Ahsan Care Provider".

Red, pre-launch blockers

Enquiry form is not wired up. The form is in test mode and does not send anything. Connect it to the live handler or CRM, keep the honeypot field, and add server side validation and a real success and error state before launch.

Do not reuse the live testimonials. The ten named reviews on the current live homepage are not verified and must not appear. Replace the three review cards with genuine, approved Google reviews or written testimonials only.

Remove any 24 hour claim. The live page states the business operates 24 hours, which contradicts the office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This mockup states the real hours. Do not reintroduce a 24 hour or 24 by 7 claim.

Yellow, client confirmation

Confirm brand colour and font. The teal and navy palette and the system font are a proposed direction. Send exact brand hex values and any licensed brand font and they will be locked in the variables.

Add verified reviews. Supply two to four real, approved reviews with first name, initial and suburb. No star ratings or review counts are used anywhere, by client rule.

Nursing care wording. Nursing content is kept general and needs clinical governance sign off before any clinical scope is described in detail.

Coverage and socials. Confirm the Melbourne and Sydney suburb lists and the city page URLs. The eight real social profiles were fetched from the live site and are linked in the footer, opening in a new tab: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Quora and Google Maps. They are also in the Organization sameAs schema.

Blue, build and SEO guidance

Images, three placements plus optional review avatars. IMG-01 hero 1600 x 1200, 4:3, eager, LCP. IMG-02 matched care 1280 x 720, 16:9, lazy. IMG-03 community banner 1800 x 680, 24:9, lazy. Write final alt text from the actual photo, do not begin with "image of". Maximum six raster placements.

Keyword ownership. This homepage owns the brand and broad both city intent: registered NDIS provider, NDIS support and disability support across Melbourne and Sydney, plus the culturally responsive angle. It links down to the Melbourne and Sydney pages and the four service pages, which own the narrower terms, so nothing competes.

Internal links. All internal links are root relative and followable, with no nofollow. Contextual links added in body: culturally responsive and Muslim households to /muslim-ndis-provider/, the services hub /services-lp/, the Melbourne and Sydney city pages, and /contact/ from the FAQ. Services parent points to /services-lp/. Reviews points to the on page section because /reviews/ returned a 404. Domestic Assistance is planned to redirect into Household Tasks, so it is not linked. The coverage section suburb chips now link to their live location pages at /vic/ndis-provider-[suburb]/ and /nsw/ndis-provider-[suburb]/ (pattern confirmed live for Derrimut, Footscray, Werribee, Bankstown and Parramatta), plus a /locations/ hub link. These suburb pages are part of the large location-page set previously flagged for consolidation review, so confirm that linking them from the homepage fits the current location strategy before launch.

Two authoritative references open in a new tab with rel="noopener noreferrer" and a visually hidden "opens in a new tab" note: the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission in the registered provider FAQ, and the NDIS price guide in the cost FAQ. They are trusted editorial links and are not nofollowed. Both destinations were checked at build time and resolve.

Schema. Organization, LocalBusiness for the Derrimut office, and four Service nodes are in the head and match visible content. No FAQPage markup, since Google retired FAQ rich results. No Review or AggregateRating markup.

Analytics. Suggested events as hooks: enquiry_submit, call_click, service_card_click, sticky_call_click. Wire to GA4 property 433731317.

Icons and accessibility. Font Awesome 6, editable elements, decorative icons hidden from assistive technology. Skip link, one H1, labelled fields, visible focus, keyboard friendly menu and accordions, reduced motion. Re run a contrast check after any colour change.
